- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Does not return calls and no help with our first claim. We have been calling with questions regarding our vehicle and nobody at his office can answer anything. When we call to talk to him he is always in a "meeting". We have been dealing someone on the phone to get a answers to our questions instead of our agent! Our car is trapped 150 miles away in Myrtle Beach at a shop! It's been the worst experience ever! If you have State Farm drop it and change before you need them! If this guy is your local agent then you need to find someome else! The only thing State Farm is good at is collecting money!By Joe Hall, April 23, 2017
